Preston "Rusty" Walker, PT, MPT
Rusty Walker, PT, MPT, owner and physical therapist, has over fifteen years experience including working in orthopedics, acute care, neurological rehab, home health and pediatrics. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1992 and went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Rusty's treatment philosophy is based on utilizing effective evidence based interventions to achieve maximum results. This philosophy coupled with his belief in treating each patient in individually with personalized one on one treatment accentuates his commitment to relieve pain and restore function at an accelerated rate. Holly Carter, PT
Holly joined Hampstead PT in June of 2010. Upon graduating with her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University Holly practiced in her home town of Wallace NC for two years. She enjoys treating patients in the one on one environment that we feel is so important in producing faster positive out comes. Beyond her expertise in outpatients orthopedics, what makes Holly special is her willingness to listen and always greet you with a smile.
Holly lives in Hampstead with her husband Grant and their two dogs, Gracie and Duke.
Paula Rock, PT
Paula brings over 17 years of varied orthopedic experience to our Sneads Ferry location. Her expertise coupled with our one-on-one treatment philosophy allows Paula to "Relieve Pain and Restore Function" at an accelerated rate. Paula "believes in providing quality therapy with a personal touch" and is looking forward to working as a partner with you to help your patients regain their independence and function!
Tiffany Bailey, PTA
Tiffany joined Hampstead Physical Therapy in October of 2008. Her desire to practice in an outpatient orthopedic clinic and her acquired skills has allowed her to excel. Most of the time you will find Tiffany is the primary physical therapist assistant to Rusty. They make a fantastic team and always provide the best of care for each and every patient.
Tina Keels, LPTA, LMBT
Tina has over twelve years experience as a PTA (physical thrapy assistant) and has also been a licensed massage therapist for six of those years. She received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Fayetteville Tech, her NC Board Certified Massage Therapy training at The Whole You School of Massage, and her Pilates Mat Certification in Asheville, NC. Before joining the staff at Hampstead Physical Therapy she worked for Black Mountain Physical Therapy. TINA NOW OFFERING MASSAGE ON SATURDAYS AT THE HAMPSTEAD CLINIC!
Her family connections in the area brought her and her daughter, Savannah, back to Hampstead.

Rita Hodshun, Office and Reception
Rita comes to us with many years of diversified experience in the health care industry. We are very happy to have her! She is the office assistant and receptionist extroidinare on Tuesday and Thursday. You will always find a welcoming smile on her face.
Geri Magaldino
Billing Specialist & Office Manager
Geri is the primary billing specialist for both Hampstead and Sneads Ferry. She also serves as the office manager in our Sneads Ferry office. With many years experience in the medical billing industry we consider her an expert, however her primary focus is to provide our patients any administrative help they may need. When you visit our Sneads Ferry office you will always be greeted with a smile.
Tiffany Walker, Administrator & Insurance Specialist
Tiffany Walker graduated with a degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University. After working for several different companies over nine years and having a baby, she and Rusty decided to open Hampstead Physical Therapy.
Her business background and hands on knowledge of insurance enables her to handle all aspects of billing and claims and gerenal administration. Rusty and Tiffany have a son Preston and live in Hampstead where they really enjoy the small community, the beach and their family time.
